The look and beauty of natural Cedar  weatherboard is without doubt stunning. The rich golden hues and texture highlight many homes in the Auckland region. However that natural look comes at a cost, primarily that of maintenance. Over time the most carefully looked after Cedar will become black and lose its natural glow.
 
Blast-Off Services have recently formulated a new process for re-instating that tired, black stained Cedar weatherboard back to its former glory. Using an environmentally friendly solution obtained locally, your Cedar weatherboards are first treated with this product and then carefully waterblasted at a very low pressure, thereby removing the black stains from within the grain of the timber.
 
Most waterblasting companies will not attempt this process, because they lack the expertise and specialised equipment necessary to successfully complete such an undertaking.
